The 2006 opening of Cuba Libre at Clarke Quay introduced Singapore to the delights of the island nation's Latin-American inspired food, drinks and music. Nueva Cuba, quite literally New Cuba, followed in 2010 at the newly-renovated Customs House with a medley of Spanish, African and Caribbean inspired dishes, together with the signature drinks for which Cuba Libre is renowned.

Opening shortly together with Paradiso, Ocio Bar and Bistro, which derives its name from the Spanish word for leisure, has teamed up with the Centaurs Group to provide a Latin-American inspired food and beverage outlet for sports enthusiasts at Turf City. Located in the grandstand opposite two pitches that cater predominately to Che Guevara's much-loved rugby, it will provide a broad range of food and beverage options for people of all persuasions.

Paradiso Restaurant and Bar at Quayside in Sentosa Cove. Adjacent to the new W Hotel, it will bring a touch of the Mediterranean to Singapore with dishes inspired by the cuisines of Italy, Greece, and France.
